Minimum Participant Requirements
Participants for the SHRP 2 S-03 Roadway Measurement System Evaluation Rodeo may
use either land vehicles, aerial vehicles, or some combination of both to collect
the desired data elements. The equipment used must be capable of collecting
the following minimum types of data:
* Differential GPS (sub-meter, or better)
* Linear Distance
* Digital Video Images, Right-of-Way, Forward
